Send your equipment to Just Audio for repair
To send equipment to us for repair:
- Ensure your equipment is safely packed. We recommend using the original box and packaging. If that is unavailable, make sure you use a box with 3-4 inches of space around the unit. Wrap with bubble wrap and fill all blank space with packing peanuts.
- If your equipment is under warranty, send a copy of your receipt and any warranty information you may have.
- If your equipment is out of warranty, include a check or money order to cover the diagnostic fee.
